    摘要: 建築資訊模型（Building Information Modeling，BIM）及4D近年來獲得國內學界與業界廠商重視與導入，諸多案例研究證明其可降低成本、提升施工品質以及增加溝通等效益。然而應用建築資訊模型後，是否將衍生新的問題，本文透過文獻回顧與德爾菲專家意見調查法，探討國內BIM應用後所衍生的問題，並提出本研究建議。
    Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 4D modeling have recently attained widespread attention in the architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) industries. Research efforts demonstrate BIM and 4D approaches provide a faster and more effective way of communicating information project among parties and a better design which enables improved and innovative solutions as well as many other benefits. However, are there derived new issues with the application of BIM? This study by literature review and Delphi Expert Investigation Method explores the derived new problems in BIM application, and it proposes solutions to these problems.
