    Abstract: 大學「系所評鑑」同為我國及法國高等教育近年來最熱門的話題，但法國系所評鑑這方面的研究並不多見，此乃本文之研究動機。本文作者收集法語相關資料以及法國學界對此議題的迴響，闡述法國系所評鑑起源、法源依據及法條內容，包括與評鑑關係密切的「綠色計畫」、「綠色計畫綱要」及「綠色計畫參考資料」應用於系所評鑑之流程、結果和評鑑、對各大學產生的影響。此外，本文亦介紹負責法國系所評鑑機構「研究與高等教育評鑑局」的起源、組織架構、五大評鑑項目之內容及標準。本文研究結果發現法國系所評鑑過程雖與我國相似，均由單一機構負責評鑑，但因為納入歐盟的「綠色計畫參考資料」，因此比我國的評鑑面向更為寬廣而且完整。
