    Abstract: 越來越多的圖書館應用社會性軟體傳布資訊服務，藉此擴展圖書館的服務範圍，增加與使用者的互動，拉近圖書館與使用者間的距離，並提升圖書館在網路世界的能見度。雖然社會性軟體的應用為圖書館帶來許多好處，但同時也讓圖書館面臨許多問題與挑戰，促使圖書館必須在社會性軟體的應用上要有審慎的規劃，方能發揮社會性軟體的實際效益。本文透過文獻與對紐西蘭公共圖書館網站的分析，瞭解社會性軟體在圖書館的應用情形、方式和問題，希望藉此能讓國內公共圖書館在應用社會性軟體時有所參考。
