    Abstract: 台灣產險業歷經2008-2009年的金融海嘯，以及2009年開始實施的產險市場費率自由化政策，使得產險業者之經營環境變為更競爭。如何在有限資源中創造公司的整體利潤，為產險公司目前所面臨需去克服的問題。
    本文使用二階段資料包絡分析法，將產險公司的生產過程分為行銷階段與獲利階段，衡量台灣14家產險公司在不同階段之經營績效，探求金融海嘯前後產險業經營效率的變化情形，並提供管理建議，以利產險公司訂定未來改善措施及經營策略之參考。
