Abstract:	資訊戰是21世紀戰爭形式發展之新趨勢，為在未來指管通資情監偵（Common, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance，簡稱C4ISR）與電子化台灣(e-Taiwan)之資訊戰中，建置應有的能量，本文探討網軍工作之內涵與運作；同時，提出網軍主責中心組織架構芻議並代為結論。
