    Abstract: 本研究目的在了解護理之家住民對照護品質之滿意度，並探討照護品質滿意度與住民忠誠度的關係。本研究以46家臺灣護理之家住民共481位為研究樣本，利用結構式問卷調查住民的基本資料、照護品質滿意度與忠誠度。結果顯示住民的各護理之家照護品質構面中，以居住環境構面的滿意度最高，住民影響力構面的滿意度最低。研究結果也發現，住民所知覺到的各項照護品質滿意度，均會正向影響其對護理之家的忠誠度。本研究建議護理之家提升照護人員與住民互動的品質，並且提供多元的復健育樂活動，以提升住民忠誠度。
