Abstract:	In recent years, much research has been devoted to the analysis of the China’s diplomatic policies. The outcome of China’s diplomatic decision-making process has shown in the two UN Security Council resolutions regarding the Libyan uprising. China voted in the affirmative for the resolution No.1970, but abstained for the resolution No.1973. In this paper, we analyzed the keywords in these two resolutions via the text mining method. The contribution of the study included the following two points. First, the study has found the keywords difference between the two resolutions and concluded the decision-making of China’s voting regarding the two Resolutions. Second, the study found a new way of literature survey in diplomatic studies by using the text mining analysis.
