    Abstract: 本文使用時域耦合模態理論來設計光子晶體波導光能量分配器,此分配器是由二維的正方晶格光子晶體結構所組成,其中包括一個T型分光器和二個平行波導。本文亦使用時域有限差分法來計算模擬此分配器的傳輸特性,並探討分光器內波導的圓柱尺寸大小對傳輸特性的影響,以達到不同的傳輸效果,可以作為往後設計積體光學元件時之參考。
