    Title: 串聯微米圓球之光子奈米噴流傳播模態的數值分析

    Abstract: 本文主要研究串聯微米圓球所引起的光子奈米噴流傳播模態,當微米圓球呈線性排列時,會因為光子奈米噴流現象而造成光波傳播模態。本文使用時域有限差分法來建立串聯微米圓球的數值分析模型,其中微米圓球的直徑為2 μm至10 μm,折射率為1.59。我們觀察到光子奈米噴流傳播模態的形成與傳播行為,並計算其衰減速率和傳播損失,此研究結果將有助於解決高科技產業中奈米等級的影像量測與傳輸問題,例如線寬、微粒、光柵、甚至複雜幾何圖案之量測。
