    摘要: Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) systems are widely used in many areas. Health care is an important area where RFID technology can be applied. In this paper, we first present an RFID medicine dispensing system then using simulation method to compare this new system with the traditional system. We introduce the general idea, describe our developed system, and present preliminary findings. We found the new system generated better results in pharmacist idle rate (higher), prescription deliver rate (higher) and average prescription cycle time (lower).
