    Abstract: 用於廢棄物處理設施的黏土層並不能完全 阻止在設施中的入滲現象。本研究運用在層狀 中指狀流的理論描述造成地下水嚴重汙染的深 層入滲之因素。從Raats的研究可預測指狀流的 發生時間。而實驗數據亦符合Chang et al.推導的 理論預測的波長和波數。我們可在黏土層和原 土壤層中間夾一薄層較原土壤層粗且有較大的 導水係數的砂土層,或夾一漸增導水係數的土 壤層,以減少優勢流的發生。
    In this paper, the theory of fingering in layered soils was applied to describe the factors of the phenomena of deep infiltration which cause serious pollution in groundwater in using clay liners for waste management facilities. It is found that Raats's study predicted the onset of fingering. The experiments confirmed the theory of Chang et al. that predicted wavelength and wave number. We developed an added thin layered soil with more coarse and hydraulic conductivity than bottom layered soil or with gradually increasing hydraulic conductivity with depth between clay liners and original soil to reduce the preferred flow.
