    Abstract: 自2001年金融控股法通過後，台灣之銀行、證券、農漁會、信合社等金融機構為積極發展銀行保險業務，紛紛成立保險經紀人公司或保險代理人公司，以共同行銷或合作推廣的方式進行保險行銷。因此，隨著銀行保險業務量與市佔率的大幅提升，使得主管機關對保險經紀人與保險代理人的監理強度及對於消費者投保權益的保護格外重視。本文係針對我國保險經紀人與保險代理人管理規則中，有關簽署人制度與現行實際執業現況進行探討。藉由本文之結論與建議，提供主管機關或保險經紀人與保險代理人所屬公會對簽署人制度管理上之參考，以利保險經紀人與代理人公司的良善發展。
