    Title: 環境資料源資料庫系統設計之研究

    Abstract: 在環境保護的重要系統中，如環境法規與政策之訂定，環境品質監測網路之規劃，環境影響之評估，環境污染防治方案之規劃等等，能否取得及時與正確的各類環境基本質料與環境品質資料作為規劃、管理與控制之依據，實為最重要的關鍵因素( Cri t ical SuccessFactor) 。
    本研究首先針對國內環境資料擁有之來源作一調查，提供缺失，其次提出一個已設計完成之資料庫系統，針對其規劃與功能加以描述，最後則提出建立環境質料庫系統長程規劃之建議。
