According to the per capita per day water use at past ten years, theestimation of rational limit of domestic water use has beenestablished in this study. Theoretical S-Curve is implemented toestimate the upper limit, which finally reaches its stability, basedupon the 10-years growing water use. On the other hand, according toseveral investigations for basic water requirement of human's dailylife, the estimation of lower limit is established to satisfy thebasic requirement.
