    Abstract: 本研究之目的旨在蒐集並分析歷年來水力發電之用水量,依其用水特性推定其影響用水因子,進而訂定水力發電需水量之合理範圍,以提供水利主管機關作為水權核發時之參考。本研究以台電所屬39座水力發電廠之資料為分析依據,首先分析國內各電廠歷年來用水量情形,39座水力電廠取水量範圍介於8,352立方公尺/發電小時至1,771,200立方公尺/發電小時之間。而影響取水量之因子為裝置容量(PW)、有效水頭(H)兩項,依據各水力電廠歷年來發電用水記錄,可建立一發電用水量推估模式為Q=426.86 P/sub W//H。比較此推估模式與一理論公式P/sub W/=9.8QHE(其中E:表綜合效率係數),可知當用水效率為0.86時,兩模式即相等。為求一水力用水合理用水量模式,本研究進一步探討各電廠用水效率以訂定用水量推估模式之上、下限。整體而言,當綜合效率係數為0.80時,Q/sub U/=459.18 P/sub W//H為合理用水量之上限推估模式;當綜合效率係數為0.93時,Q/sub D/=395.00 P/sub W//H為合理用水量之下限推估模式。
    The objective of this study is to establish an appropriate model toestimate the rational limit of hydroelectric water use. Referring tothe theoretical model, the hydroelectric water use is related to itseffective water head and installed capacity. There are a few yearrecords from several hydroelectric power stations are analyzed in thisstudy. The result shows that the most important factor to affect thelimit of water use is determined by the efficiency. The higher theefficiency is, the less the water use is needed.
