    Abstract: 在模式發展階段及法規管制應用時,常須對空氣品質模式進行表現評估,在過去十幾年中,有許多模式驗証的統計分析技術已被發展出來,因此,能以較系統化及客觀的方法評估模式的表現。進行此種分析,必須準備大量資料,且部份統計量較為特殊,如用市售之套裝軟体,十分不方便,因此特別撰寫一程式以進行統計分析。有關此一程式所用之統計分析之項目、方法等在本文中將有所說明。同時, 本文也將對之程式之流程和架構加以介紹
    The performance evaluation of air quality models is widely used in the development and regulatory applications of diffusion models . In the past ten years, many statistical methods have been developed. A sys thematic and objective evaluation of the performance of air quality model is possible now . In conducting such an evaluation ,large amount of data must be prepared and special statistics must be determined. Since no any commercialized software package is suitable for such a purpose, a new computer program is developed. The statistics used by t his program is described in this paper . The usage and output of this program is also discussed.
