    Abstract: 由於陽極氧化鋁技術已日益成熟，且應用於相當廣泛的範圍。所以本實驗以不同之陽極氧化步驟之孔動品質與不同電壓，濃度，溫度下常數下之陽極氧化的變化，及加入中介層鈦之矽基鋁膜的陽極氧化行為。以不同之變數，嘗試找出最佳化條件，並且加以分析其物理行為。
