    Abstract: 本實驗利用微波電漿輔助化學氣相沈積法(MPECVD)成長3種不同尺寸(Grain size)的鑽石薄膜,並利用SEM來探討表面顆粒大小的差異,以Raman光譜來探討鑽石薄膜顆粒結晶大小的差異性,以解釋薄膜場發射特性的不同;分別製作約500-600nm、100-200nm和約30nm的鑽石薄膜,發現大小約500-600nm的鑽石薄膜顆粒結晶程度最好,但是以場發射的特性可以發現約30nm大小的鑽石薄膜有較好的電流密度,其次為100-200nm大小的鑽石薄膜,而擁有最好結晶性的500-600nm的鑽石薄膜卻是這三種薄膜裡場發射的電流密度最差的。
