    Title: 通訊用介電薄膜電極奈米碳管與電場加強因子與臨場電漿物種相關性研究

    Abstract: 本實驗是以微波電漿輔助化學汽相沉積法在鐵針尖合成奈米碳管,再使用光多頻分析儀擷取臨場電漿發射光,並利用以氬氣比甲烷95:5和97.5:2.5的濃度來生長奈米碳管。然後再量測碳管場發射特性決定其電場增強因子beta。結果發現了催化劑鐵物種濃度的含量Fe66%所對應的beta為最大值60,因此可知奈米碳管電場增強因子與電漿鐵物種濃度有極密切相關性。
