    Abstract: 國際網際網路的盛行，藉由網路傳達資訊已是不可抵擋的潮流，歐美等先進國家已積極致力於發展數位化資源，台灣引進西文醫學資料庫早已不遺餘力，近年來亦積極蒐集提供大陸出版之中文數位化醫學文獻資源，此外台灣本土數位化醫學文獻資源之建置亦是刻不容緩。本文重點在分析探討中文數位化醫學文獻資源在台灣被利用之情形，以及台灣本土數位化醫學文獻資源之建置現況，如本土中英文醫學期刊全文資料庫、本土醫學期刊論文索引資料庫、多媒體醫學教學資料庫之建置，至於臨床病歷系統、健保資料庫系統. . .等臨床醫療系統則非本文介紹重點。
