This study attempts to explore the influence of personal attitudes and family supports for employment of persons with vision disability. By applying telephone interview, the study successfully collected 1627 samples. There two main finding. First, personal attitudes exert significant effect on employment of persons with vision disability. Second, the influences of personal attitudes disappear when family supports are taken into account. In sum, this work proves that family supports can effectively reduce negative effect of personal attitudes.
