    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討不確定環境、知識移轉與競爭優勢間的關係。我們以台灣半導體產業為調查對象共回收176 份有效問卷,並利用結構方程模式來驗證知識移轉、不確定環境對競爭優勢的影響。研究發現,不確定環境確實會妨礙知識移轉並促使企業自行研發所需知識來建立競爭優勢。同時也發現,知識移轉在不確定環境與競爭優勢間扮演部份中介的角色。此外,知識移轉對於企業提昇競爭優勢確實有正面的影響。
    This research proposes and tests the relationship between uncertainty environment, knowledge transfer and competitive advantage. Based on a cross-sectional sample of 176 Taiwan semiconductors and a structural equation methodology, this study investigates the effect of knowledge transfer and competitive advantage on uncertainty environment. Our results indicate that uncertainty
    environment hinder knowledge transfer and lead to organizations develop knowledge by themselves to establish competitive advantage. Further, the effects of uncertainty environment and competitive advantage is partial mediated by knowledge transfer. The more, knowledge transfer has a positive effect on competitive advantage
