    Abstract: 本研究係考量於偏心管縮口製程中,結合變形前後體積不變,並考慮各旋轉角度之半錐角d(θ)之模具外形的條件下,推導出工具沖程與管端外形關係之理論式。同時使用LS-Dyna之有限元素軟體,分析偏心管縮口製程在不同摩擦係數下之沖程與負荷關係。為了驗證理論式,本文設計一組偏心管縮口實驗,模具之半錐角為20°,材料為不鏽鋼管,由500kN油壓成型機進行實驗,並且量測成形管件之管端外形、管端厚度。由實驗、分析與理論式之比較,驗證出與理論式趨勢之正確性,並達成預測沖程與成形管端外形之目的。
