    Abstract: 近年來，中共第四代領導人胡錦濤，不斷在各個公開場合提到要「弘揚中華文化，展示國家軟實力」之論述；然而，中共一貫堅持提倡「馬克思主義中國化」的政治價值觀，是否因此出現轉變的態勢？
    本文以軟實力（Soft Power）的視角出發，從文化、政治價值觀與外交政策 3 個層面進行探討，以理解「馬克思主義中國化」與中共推動「中華文化」話語權之間的相互關聯，並藉以詮釋未來中共發展以「中華文化」作為國家軟實力的可能變化。
