    Abstract: 行動學習已逐漸形塑教育領域的公共利益，教育參與者及政策制定者應有國際視野與洞察力，足以應付全球化終身學習時代的來臨。本文提出美國、英國、丹麥、荷蘭、韓國、日本、新加坡等 7 個國家積極推動行動學習方案，其契機與挑戰，值得參考。行動學習具有接近取得的特性，可改變原有學習的習性，對終身學習之應用深具啟示。
