    Abstract: 台湾地区教科书评鉴机制有管理者取向评鉴、专家取向评鉴、参与者取向评鉴、消费者取向评鉴四类,每一类评鉴机制在发挥其作用的同时也都存在一些问题。要完善台湾地区教科书评鉴机制,使教科书功能得以充分而有效发挥,四类评鉴机制应将保护消费者作为机构或组织应尽的社会责任,从维护消费者教育权益的立场来规划和实施教科书评鉴。
