Abstract:	本文旨在探析香港與台灣的位置環境、經濟成長與人文資源等諸多相似處，尤其在資源匱乏，土地狹小的情境下，卻極力尋求生存發展與全球化，因此對其成功因素作深入之探究後，瞭解到其係以培育優質之人力資源作為後盾，有效提升產能，維持社會安定與繁榮，表現亮眼。據此，本文採用文獻分析法探討香港技職教育相關之發展背景、政策分析、各級學校與技職教育發展特色。本文發現，香港政府係經由計畫性地培育人力資源與發展經濟，其未來發展趨勢為籌編優質教育基金、制訂長遠培訓制度、接軌國際之三三四制改革，並期藉由瞭解香港技職教育之發展，作為省思我國技術及職業教育之參考。
