    Abstract: 具有模糊允許值的模糊最佳化結構工程設計,是實際情況常發生的例子,階切法是公認的標準解題方法。然而困擾的是,標準階切法無法獲致一個確切的最佳階切值。過去雖有諸多研究的探討,但都嫌解題過程繁複且不盡合理。作者的研究群發展了有效的單切,雙切與多切策略,其中又最推崇雙切策略,因為其作法相對容易,且結果合理。經數次的探討與修正,終於產生本文的更新版本與世見面。此最新版本的雙切策略,可得靠近單切法階切值的結果,而消除不合理的現象。雙切法可得到比單切法來的更具效果的唯一解設計,可應用於一般具模糊允許值的工程最佳化設計問題。本文的例題具相當多數的設計變數及限制函數,也表示本文的方法適用於較複雜的大型題目。
    This paper presents the undated version of modified double-cuts approach for fuzzy engineering optimization, typically in 10-bar and 72-bar truss design problems in which the unique design can be guaranteed obtained. The updated approach is modified from single-cut method and the level-cut value is close to that of single-cut. The recommended approach is reliable for general optimum structural design with fuzzy resources, as concluded the most recommended method for fuzzy engineering design. The proposed approach is better than the single-cut approach and easy programming.
