    Abstract: 本研究利用灰色關聯度進行實驗數據分析,灰色關聯度分析主要是針對系統模型中,以少量的實驗數據進行系統的關聯性分析,目的在找出影響系統性能最巨之因子。研究針對一個60mm?33mm ?.8mm 微型迴路式熱管(Micro Loop Heat Pipe/MLHP),由蒸發器、汽相流道、冷凝器和兩液相流道組成並充填純水與甲醇作為工作流體。其毛細結構是使用MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems)製程來形成不同深度,分別為 47μm,67μm,及83μm的平行V型溝槽,裝置整體的結構是將玻璃陽極鍵合在矽基材上,以便觀察之用,實驗最後研判影響效能之最巨因子為蒸發區毛細微流道線寬。
