    Abstract: 本研究利用水合原理及無電解電鍍銅製程，將鑽石顆粒表面被覆銅鍍層，改善鑽石顆粒與金屬間之潤濕性。將表面鍍銅之鑽石顆粒與無電解電鍍銅進行加壓及燒結，製得銅基/鑽石顆粒複合材料。另外，使用重複鍛造、堆疊以退火製程將鑽石顆粒與純鋁複合，製得鋁基/鑽石顆粒型複合材料。經由SEM觀察，鑽石顆粒係均勻分佈在銅基地與鋁基地，且鑽石顆粒與金屬基地俱良好的界面潤濕性。
