    Abstract: 本研究使用重複摺疊與冷輥軋製得鈦/鋁合金箔片。合金箔片經200度C-500度C退火2小時後,經EPMA分析得知鈦/鋁產生界面反應。合金箔片在退火前因鈦/鋁優選方位的強化機制,俱最大的拉伸強度;退火後的合金箔片因箔片的應力回復、鋁箔層間擴散鍵結的消長與鈦/鋁優選方位的消失,其拉伸強度隨著退火溫度增加而下降;但500度C退火2小時拉伸應力較400度C來的大,其原因係鋁箔層間擴散鍵結的增加。
