    Abstract: 本研究利用微機電系統技術製作拍撲翼微飛行器之機翼骨架與機翼薄膜,製作拍撲式傳動機構、機身骨架、尾翼,並將拍撲式飛行器放置於風洞內進行升力之量測,就風速、拍撲頻率、攻角、機翼形狀等對拍撲飛行之影響進行探討。本研究使用聚乙烯氟化物(PVDF)壓電薄膜材料製作於拍撲式機翼結構上,將壓電薄膜產生之電子訊號與測力計升力訊號做比較。並進行無控制器之飛行測試,成功驗證拍撲式微飛行器飛行之可行性。
