    Abstract: 本文根據灰色系統理論設計一套雜訊過濾器,消除工件研磨過程中迴授力量的雜訊。力量控制過程中使用軟體式力量觀測器量測接觸力,觀測的力量夾帶著高頻高振幅的雜訊,造成的原因是位置迴授器的解析度不夠。在此提出以灰色系統理論設計灰預測器,進行高振幅雜訊的過濾。實測結果顯示所設計的灰預測過濾器能有效降低雜訊振幅。
