    Abstract: 本文發展C語言之遺傳演算程式以求解具有限制條件與混合變數之最佳化設計問題。經由多例題測試,證明可有效處理工程問題。根據熱傳學理論及微熱沈結構特性與研究,進行矽質微熱沈工程分析。利用本文發展之遺傳演算最佳化技術,對層流時,壓力降與散熱片個數之限制條件下,最小化總熱阻或最大化總熱傳量之不同模式,求解微熱沈最佳幾何尺寸,並與文獻中微熱沈之冷卻性能進行比較研討,驗證本研究發展之遺傳演算技術與微熱沈之工程分析設計最佳化之優越性。
