本研究目的,在設計出一套符合本土化需求之移動式起重機過捲預防裝置。目前業者使用的過捲預防裝置大部分是進口產品,而且價格昂貴;有些業者只有裝設過捲警報裝置而沒有裝設切斷動力源的預防裝置;所以本研究先瞭解市面上移動式起重機過捲預防裝置之裝設情形,並在技術層面及安裝費用上進行可行性調查及研究,並評估各種可能改進方法;然後再配合感測器的選用、及自動控制原理,設計出具備有強制性的過捲預防裝置,以確保作業勞工的生命安全。 The purpose of this study is to design and produce an truck cranes over-winding cutout device for the works in Taiwan. For the time being, most of the over-winding cutout or warning devices are imported from forgive countries. The cost is expensive for the users of truck cranes. Some of the safety devices only work as an warning alarm. So, it is still dangerous if the safety device can not cutout the power of the truck carne. In this study, truck crane workers are interviewed first to understand their operating behavior and what they need in the future improvements of safety device in truck cranes. Then the evaluation of all possible improvements available is the next step on the way to redesign a new model of the over-winding cutout device and further the cutout device.
