    Title: 俱陽極皮膜鋁線複合材料之拉伸性質

    Abstract: 本研究藉陽極處理使1070鋁線表面形成一均勻氧化皮膜,並利用重力鑄造與606 1Al母材複合,製得俱陽極皮膜鋁線複合材料,並探討此複合材料之拉伸性質。實驗結果顯示複合材料(T6)其降伏強度,抗拉強度,破斷強度分別較6061Al( T6)增加8.0%、5.1%及15.1%且伸長率相當。複合材料在拉伸過程中,鋁線基地因頸縮,孔洞相連進而使氧化皮膜破裂,裂縫在母材前進而使複合材料破斷。
