    Abstract: 本研究利用複合鑄造方法將0.05.mu.m氧化鋁顆粒加入6061鋁合金中,再利用固體旋轉摩擦方法,將聚集之氧化鋁顆粒藉由摩擦過程所產生之黏附機構、嵌入機構及塑性原子流場而分散於磨屑中,最後將磨屑與鋁合金熔湯均勻混合後給予澆注成形,利用此製程可使氧化鋁顆粒均勻分散在鋁合金基地。
