    Abstract: 本研究使用自行設計石墨顆粒無電解電鍍銅之反應盒,將平均粒度15μm石墨顆粒表面均勻鍍上銅鍍層,並將已鍍銅之石墨顆粒均勻分散於A356.2鋁合金基地中。並測試複合材料之磨潤性質,發現6wt%石墨顆粒含量於4Kg荷重及400rpm轉速下之磨耗率最低,摩擦係數係隨石墨含量(0-8wt%),轉速(400-600rpm)及負荷(2-4Kg)增加而減小。
