語言和政治之間的關係很微妙。語言在政治語境中是一種說服的工具和取得認同的方法。語言學家很早就注意到人稱代詞在言談中的重要性，指出人稱代詞的使用目的在於說話者可加強聽話者的參與度以及與其交談的互動性。而競選活動的成功與否，正是說話人（信息傳遞者、候選人）對受眾（信息接收者、選舉人）行為的積極影響，因為受眾行為在很大程度上被情感驅使，例如共同經驗、興趣、認同、需要等，這些是影響受眾情感，喚起其積極參與配合的意向活動。故了解受眾及其心理和情感因素在政治語境中扮演成敗的關鍵。本文試就政治語境文件中的人稱代詞進行分析，在本文中先以"我"和"我們"進行分析，找出對政策政治語境中特殊應用之人稱代詞"我"和"我們"的使用特點。 The relationships between language and politic is very delicate. Language is a tool of persuasion and an approach to get recognition in political contexts. Linguists have noted the importance of person pronouns in conversation for a long time, they pointed out that the purpose of using person pronouns is to strengthen the relationships between the hearer and speaker and their interactive conversation. The success of the campaign or not is based on how the speaker (communicator, be electors) positive impacts on the behavior of the audience (receivers, voter), because the behavior of audience is largely driven by emotions (such as experiences sharing, interests, identity, needs, etc.). These factors are the emotional impacts on the audience and arouse their active participation. So to know the audience and their psychological factors for improving verbal communication plays a very important role, because it will affect the effect of verbal communication in political election campaigns. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the characters of personal pronouns "I" and "we" in political contexts in Russian and Chinese language.
