    Abstract: The composition of the MSWI fly ash is stoichiometrically adjusted by the addition of kaolin.This study uses a suitable temperature program for sintering and the synthesis anorthite.Wet milling processes destructs the crystalline structure, forms the amorphous phase, and decrease the leaching of the heavy metals for the ash.The milling process would allow the synthesization temperature to be reduced from 1300 °C to 950 °C.
