Abstract:	隨著近幾年智慧型手機的流行，這股熱潮也讓App對於手機用戶的重要性與日俱增。本研究在Android和iOS兩個平台上開發了“淡江i生活”App，提供給教職生使用。本研究希望了解內的使用者需求，並且透過分析使用者行為，找出App功能以及學校生活的改善空間，使校園內的使用者能享受到更便利的資訊化校園生活。研究發現，首創的即時影像功能之使用率及受歡迎程度優於單純的動態資訊查詢，甚至令使用者的行為改變；即使軟體商店有更新提醒，使用者仍然容易忽略App版本更新，需要新功能才有足夠的誘因；教育程度高並不是影響App下載比例的主要因素，年紀才是主要影響因素。
