    Abstract: This paper presents a novel multi-stage wide-bandwidth sigma-deltamodulator (MLBSDM) to apply in wide-bandwidth applications such asxDSL, WCDMA...etc. This architecture is used a feedforward sigma- deltamodulator (FFSDM) as the first stage and a band-pass filter as thesecond stage. Form simulation results, this architecture can reducethe oversampling ratio (OSR) effectively and is suitable towide-bandwidth applications.
