A wideband, low cost and compact square slot loop antenna operated atthe ISM band is first reported in this paper. The antenna is fed by a50ohm microstrip transmission line on the opposite side of thesubstrate. A bend thin microstrip line feeding probe is designed toachieved the impedance match and the 10dB impedance bandwidth of 7%can be achieved, while antenna size reduction of 68% is obtained.
