Abstract:	在IEEE 802.11 所制訂的無線區域網路中，彈性有效率地決定使用的multi-rate/multi-range 傳送是一件非常值得探討的方向。由於不同的傳輸速率所花的傳輸時間與到達距離皆不相同，如何根據網路環境選擇一個最適切速率來傳送，不但可以增加網路效率，也可以確保讓移動性高的station 在最高傳輸距離內都能互相溝通。在本篇論文中我們提出一個Fuzzy 控制器去選擇出一個最適當的傳輸速率。讓使用者在快速移動時也能互相傳送資料流，並且使網路的delay 與throughput 都有絕佳的改進效果。
