    Abstract: 本研究提出一個結合模糊理論及遺傳演算法的方法來解決配電系統電容器設置問題。三個重要的目標-系統電能損失、電容器設置成本和系統安全性均考慮於問題模式中。這個新的問題模式是一個多目標不可微分的最佳化問題。首先目標函數將以模糊集合表示,然後提出一個以遺傳演算法為基礎的模糊滿足法來求最佳解。這個方法已製作成一套軟體並測試於一個102個匯流排之配電系統。
    This work presents a combination fuzzy-GA method to resolve thecapacitor placement problem. The problem formulation proposed hereinconsiders three different objective functions related to minimizingthe amount of total cost for energy loss and capacitors to beinstalled, as well as increasing system security and improving powerquality. The new formulation is a multi-objective andnon- differentiable optimization problem. In this work, we firstformulate these objective functions in fuzzy sets to evaluate theirimprecise nature. Then introduce a fuzzy satisfying method based onthe GA to decide the optimal solution. The effectiveness of theproposed approach is implemented in a software package and verifiedthrough numerical examples on the Tai-power system with very promisingresults .
