    Abstract: This paper proposes an Enhanced Transmission Tree Scheduling (ETTS) algorithm based on centralized scheduling with bandwidth guarantee in IEEE 802.16 mesh networks. The proposed scheduling algorithm is an enhanced version of TTS (Transmission-Tree Scheduling) algorithm, which takes interference and fairness into consideration. The simulation results show that ETTS gets not only higher network throughput, but also higher channel utilization ratio than TTS.
