Abstract:	本文提出以商業智慧為主軸之校務行政資訊系統建置藍圖，包括軟體系統架構、硬體架構之整體解決方案。提供各層級學校做為發展新校務行政系統之建議。國內現行校務行政系統School Management System (SMS)功能以OLTP(On-Line Transactional Processing)為主，缺少分析功能，教育決策人員不易取得需要的分析資料。隨著資訊技術的進步，線上分析OLAP工具及資料挖掘工具逐漸成熟，價格也不再是高不可攀。加上近年來教育政策及法規變動，社會變遷，家長要求，新的校務行政系統必須加入商業智慧，提昇教育決策品質，提昇國際競爭力。
