    Abstract: 本研究之目的為建立微波消化結合分光光度計之測定系統,快速偵測水中COD。此系統於家用微波爐之內腔中設鐵鈇龍管(長3m,內徑2mmm,外徑4mm),樣品及試劑混合液以蠕動幫浦(流量15ml/min)送入鐵鈇龍管,設定微波功率及時間,微波後再以蠕動幫浦經冷卻後以分光光度計測定之,實驗試劑為0.0705M硝酸銀溶液1ml,0.0417M重鉻酸鉀溶液1ml ,0.55%硫酸銀溶液3.5 ml,水樣2.5ml 。微波功率700W,微波時間20秒。此連續式微波消化結合分光光度計測定COD裝置已初步建立並完成測試,結果顯示,此裝置之偵測檢量線R/sup 2/可達0.998,回收率平均值105.3%,相對標準偏差2.12。微波連續式(on-line)之結果與批次法(off-line)之準確度與精密度相似。本裝置進行COD連續監測為可行的。
