    Title: Fenton法氧化2,4-二硝基酚動力學之研究

    Abstract: 本研究以2,4-二硝基酚(2,4-dinitrophenol, 簡稱DNP)試藥及批次反應槽, 於pH3.0及轉速150rpm條件, 探討鐵鹽種類與加藥量、過氧化氫加藥量、DNP初始濃度及氧化時間等變數, 對Fenton法氧化 DNP動力學之影響。研究結果顯示單獨過氧化氫氧化對DNP去除率低於 10%。亞鐵或三價鐵催化過氧化氫形成Fenton(Fe/sup 2+//H/sub 2/O/sub 2/)法或Fenton-like(Fe/sup 3+//H/sub 2/O/sub 2/)法,因衍生具強氧化力之氫氧自由基, 對DNP去除率可達大於75 %, 且 Fenton法較Fenton-like法衍生較多氫氧自由基, 故亞鐵較三價鐵適用於催化過氧化氫氧化DNP。隨鐵鹽及過氧化氫加藥量增加, Fenton法、Fenton-like法氧化去除DNP效果愈佳, 且DNP氧化速率符合擬一階反應。對同一過氧化氫加藥量而言, Fenton法反應速率常數k值可為Fenton-like法之3倍。反應速率常數k值隨鐵鹽及過氧化氫加藥量增加而增大, 於適當加藥量時可得最大k值; 但因亞鐵會競爭氫氧自由基, 亞鐵過量時k值反而減小。DNP初始濃度(DNPo)對k值之影響, 顯示k值隨DNPo增加而減少, DNP之k值與DNPo關係式為Ln k=- Ln(DNPo)-5.15。
