Abstract:	交通工具所產生的廢氣是都市空氣汙染的主要來源，為了改善市區空氣品質，除了改良交通工具的燃燒及排放程序之外，以策略管理的方式達到廢氣減量的目的，是都市空氣汙染改善的重要方法。本研究利用系統動態學的理論，建議一個市區人車汙染量互動的模擬模式，以做為都市交通與汙染減量管理階之決策支援系統，包括推估各種管理策略對於改善空氣品質之效益，以及交通政策對於都市空氣環境的衝擊評估。
